By booking any service with iGlobal Travel and Tourism, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.

Full payment must be made before the commencement of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Payments

Prices are quoted in NPR (as applicable) and are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other accepted payment methods.

Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency exchange fees must be borne by the client.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or official message).

Refunds, if applicable, depend on the nature of the service booked (flights, hotels, trekking, tours, etc.).

Airline tickets are subject to airline cancellation rules and penalties.

No refunds will be provided for unused services, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.

In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, weather conditions, pandemics, etc.), refunds will be subject to third-party policies.
4. Changes & Amendments

Any changes requested after confirmation may incur additional charges.

iGlobal Travel and Tourism reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances while ensuring the best possible alternatives.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, and other required documents.

iGlobal Travel and Tourism is not responsible for denied boarding, visa refusal, or entry restrictions imposed by authorities.
6. Health, Safety & Insurance
-
Travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, evacuation, and trip cancellation is strongly recommended.

For trekking and adventure activities, clients must be physically and mentally fit to participate.

iGlobal Travel and Tourism is not responsible for illness, injury, or accidents during the trip beyond its direct control.
7. Flights & Third-Party Services

Airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other third-party suppliers operate under their own terms and conditions.

iGlobal Travel and Tourism acts as an intermediary and is not liable for delays, cancellations, overbooking, or service failures by third parties.
8. Liability & Limitation

iGlobal Travel and Tourism shall not be held responsible for loss, damage, injury, or expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, strikes, political issues, or personal negligence.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
9. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to respect local laws, customs, cultures, and environments.

Any behavior causing disruption, damage, or risk to others may result in termination of services without refund.
10. Use of Photos & Media

iGlobal Travel and Tourism may use photographs or videos taken during trips for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
11. Complaints & Feedback

Any complaints must be communicated as soon as possible during the trip so we can attempt to resolve them.

Complaints raised after trip completion will be reviewed but may be difficult to address.
12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nepali courts.
13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with iGlobal Travel and Tourism, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
